With nearly three decades of robust experience, including digital innovation, business development, strategy, product management, partner success, project management, and entrepreneurship; Mike brings years of dynamic expertise and leadership to Focus Solutions. Equally important, he is passionate about helping healthcare organizations thrive through their use of practical and innovation technology solutions.

Prior to joining Focus Solutions, Lauer was a key leader with Core BTS and its pre-acquisition predecessor Skyline Technologies. Mike has also served as an active Board Member for technology-oriented organizations such as Pacer and clearTREND Research, and enjoys pursuing personal entrepreneurial endeavors.
