When Oak Street Health (OSH) first engaged Focus Solutions, they were a team of less than 30 employees. Six years later, they’re now a team of over 2,000 including almost 200 practicing physicians, 50+ locations, and a presence in 8 states. Throughout this period of rapid organic growth, OSH has continually counted on Focus Solutions as their go-to healthcare technology partner.
Deliverables
Oak Street Health (OSH) first looked to Focus Solutions for guidance with their EHR implementation and application support. As they further embraced sound value-based care principles and began their growth journey, their need for reliable data became a strategic priority. OSH looked to Focus to collaborate with their Medical Economics team and business intelligence (BI) engineers to architect and implement a data warehouse and analytics platform. As expansion accelerated, they again turned to the Focus Solutions team to design and build a scalable technology infrastructure. This included implementing a cloud-based data center via CenturyLink and overhauling their MPLS network with a best-in-breed Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solution.
